We have procured the services of a Specialist Cutthroat Enthusiast who sharpens only Straight Razors. 
He works on the blade, and is not happy until the razor can clink the hair.  (In other words to an extremely fine edge.)

We recommend new Straight Razors are sharpened prior to first use.  We can also organise to get your existing razor sharpened.

Please Note:  It usually takes around 10 to 14 days to get a straight razor sharpened.  We cannot guarantee an exact time frame for this service as each razor is unique and requires a different level of sharpening.

The above applies to Razors that have good quality German steel blade. If you are not sure of the blade quality, you can send your Razor to us first for an appraisal.
