How to choose the right gasket

• Measure the inner diameter of the pan or gasket.  (example sizes: 190mm 220mm 235mm 245mm 253mm 268mm)

• Find out the capacity in litres.  (Should say on bottom of pan or inside clamp hooks)

• Find out what type of metal the pressure cooker is made of.  (Aluminium = matt finish) or (Inox-Stainless Steel = shiny finish)
