Very efficient service.Plug received within 3 days( even allowing that it came via Aust.Post.)The safety plug fits perfectly .Phone contact to order was excellent .

Along with the sealing ring, this the only item I have had to replace on my pressure cooking. The cooker is very old, and it is wonderful that these items are still available.
